Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software, or exploiting bonus loopholes — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and possible permanent account suspension. bgd9's decision on all bonus disputes is final.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bgd9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bgd9 platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are claimed.

bgd9 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to its platform. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, and third-party service outages may temporarily affect platform availability. bgd9 will make reasonable efforts to restore service as promptly as possible but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

Amendments to These Terms

bgd9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The revised terms will take effect immediately upon publication on bgd9.bio. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically so that you remain informed of the current version.

Material changes to these terms will be flagged on the bgd9 platform homepage for a minimum of seven (7) days following publication. Your continued use of bgd9 after any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
